About the event
Whether you're a CPR pro or a complete beginner, we will guide you through the essential steps to perform CPR effectively.
- Lunchtime CPR Crash Course: Our online event will provide a brief yet comprehensive CPR education session, focusing on hands-only CPR techniques that anyone can learn and perform. This session will be tailored to fit within a lunch break, making it accessible for all attendees.
- AED Demonstrations: Meet Glenn Everingham, one of our awesome Heart of the Nation trainers. He will show you why AEDs are so important during cardiac arrest emergencies. Glenn will demonstrate and explain how these devices work in conjunction with CPR, showing you just how easy they are to use.
- Interactive Q&A: You can ask questions in our webinar, and we will try to answer any questions you may have about CPR, AEDs, or Heart of the Nation's mission.
- CPR-Pushathon : It all culminates with everyone pushing together, so grab your teddy, a cushion, pillow or soccer ball! Now is your chance to be a hero! Your donations can make a difference by supporting our work.
